Once an order is placed it is in our system and cannot be canceled for any reason. If you need to change the address on your order please email orders@weareoverlooked.com immediately with your order information and correct address and we will change it if it’s not too late.

We accept returns only and are unable to process exchanges. If you need to exchange a shirt you will need to first return it and then repurchase it.

No returns are allowed on anything except full priced t-shirts - $20 or more. If your t-shirt was discounted in any way either through a sale price or by using a discount code it cannot be returned. Our profit margins are very, very low as it is and this would cause us to lose money.

To return a shirt it must be in unwashed, unworn condition exactly as you received it.

We must receive it within 14 days of the date that you received it.

Simply send the shirt(s) along with your printed email receipt from PayPal back to:

Once we receive it and establish that it is in acceptable condition we will issue a refund for the actual price that you paid for the shirt minus the $5.99 shipping charge or the actual shipping that we paid whichever is greater.

If the item is not in acceptable condition, an item that is not allowed to be returned, or it has been longer than 14 days you will be responsible for a shipping fee of $5.99 per item to return it to you.
